     Please allow 2 weeks for shipping from the date of the order, or view our dog feeders ready for next day shipping.

A: Yes. For damaged or defected product discovered upon delivery only.

    (all our products are insured by our carrier for the value of the product).

Q: Where are your products made?

A: Even though our wine crates come from all over the World, Whiner and Diner products are designed and manufactured

    in Stamford, CT- USA.

Q: Can I have my feeder, bed or toy box painted in a specific color?

A: Yes. We can custom color it in any shade desired at no extra cost.

Q: I have a favorite wine crate and would love to use it for my pet feeder,bed or toy box can I send it to you?

A: Yes. Just contact us, and we will be happy to turn it into a Whiner and Diner pet feeder, bed or pet toy box. 

Q: Can I have my feeder, bed or toy box personalized with my Pet's name or Designs?

A: Yes. Our in-house artist will be happy to hand-paint a complimentary Pet's name on any of our products. We can also

     hand-paint custom designs for an extra fee (Grape and vines, flowers, Ivy, etc).

Q: Can the actual bowls be removed for cleaning? What are they made of?

A: Yes. They can easily be removed for filling and cleaning. They are made out of stainless steel, which is dishwasher

     safe, rust proof, durable, toxin-free, non-leaching, and much more hygienic for the pets than any other porous

     materials which can retain bacteria. 

Q: Can I get a different size feeder, bed or toy box than the ones listed on Whiner and Diner Web site?

A: Yes. We can modify and custom make the feeders, beds and toy boxes. Contact us for more information.

Q: How long will my feeder last?

A: With proper care (wipping off standing water and food, etc...) your feeder will last for many years to come. Our Black

     Labrador Bird, still eats and drinks out of the original Whiner and Diner feeder, which was created in 1997.

Q: Do you offer a wholesale program ?

A: Yes. We do wholesale our "basic" products (without pet names or hand-painted designs, which are exclusive to Whiner and Diner) to only brick and mortar stores. We are not looking for on-line resellers at the moment.
