How To Return An Item
Items personalized with a pet name and/or hand-painted design, and/or a monogram are not returnable. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer's defect. You must E-mail us within 2 days of your purchase. We will then, give you the return instructions. Merchandise that has been used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
Restocking Fee
All items are subject to a 15% restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. You are responsible for the return shipping fee unless the product was damaged. |
